Condesa de Sobradiel

Next to the Nautical Port and the Paseo de Colon, Ataülf is a very quiet street that is located within the tourist area of ​​Barcelona's old city center. And there you can find this 110 m² newly refurbished XIXth century apartment. 

 

Our aim is to open up the central area of the flat, making it much more flexible for the customers' needs and activities. This simple change offers more circulation and provides for long views across the flat which enlarge its spaces.

The apartment consists of a central space that hosts the main entrance which can lead to a full bathroom, the kitchen, the dining area and the living room together facing the street Comtessa de Sobradiel. Despite being a single large space, it offers the opportunity to divide these three activities if wished.

 

On one side of the apartment you can find the main room with a comfortable dressing room and a full bathroom. And on the other side of the central space you can find another double bedroom that faces the street Ataülf.
